Sierra Brake Cylinders??

I got a complete set of rear brake components from the local motor factor yesterday and have found the brake cylinders do not fit.

The back plate for he 8" Sierra drum setup straight off my donor have round holes for the cylinder but they have a universal oval affair on them that means they don't go through.

I've been back to the shop and they are the ones that are listed and all the same for all drum braked Sierras.

Anyone come across this problem and found a result?

There are two different types of rear cylinder. My MF got me the correct ones without a problem although in my case the correct ones were the oval type.
