wheels PCD and bedford midi van PCD

found this from weller wheels website, but i still don't know how the PCD is measured.

http://www.wellerwheels.co.uk/catalog/thumbnail.php?img=Gloss-White-544447_1.JPG&s=600

(can't make the pic show up on here)

example, my bmw is 5x120. is that 5 studs, in a circle of 120mm diameter? (with the 120mm diameter circle going through the stud centres?

and does anyone happen to know what the PCD of the bedford midi van is? the 6 stud hub that is

Maybe this will help

P.S. PCD = Pitch circle diameter, which should help in the explanation

Also, for anyone who is interested, PCD in the US is known as "BC" standing for bolt circle.
