Can somebody identify these wheel bearings please

Good Morning All

I need to replace the front wheel bearings on the Phoenix and I have so far drawn a blank in finding replacements. I thought they were MK11 Escort but they are not the same as the ones I have just received from Burtons. They are not Sierra.

The data that I have is as follows:
Inner bearing outer ring 1922 o/d 2.25", 57.18mm
Inner race 1988R i/d 1.110", 28.2mm
Outer Ring LM11910 o/d 1.78", 45.44mm
Inner Race no number 0.75" i/d 18.93mm

Your help here would be greatly appreciated,

thank you in advance.

John

Thank you marc, I thought BRT266 were the ones but that is what i got from Burton and they are not right. My bearings are thicker and heavier. So the mystery continues.

cheers

John

Just to add a bit more information, the uprights are almost certainly Escort modified McPherson Struts to take a top balljoint. The MK11 Escort has disc brakes so I expected the hubs to come from tha vehicle. The strange thing is the bearings measure up to Imperial not metric. I have looked at Cortina, Capri and Sierra bearings and none are the correct ones. The final question is, was the MK11 Escort fitted with different size bearings?

RS2000s used a bigger stub axle that a standard Escort (the same size as Capri, if I'm not mistaken) - that's most probably what you have!

Thanks Coose. You may well be right. I was hoping someone could identify the bearings from the numbers/sizes. I have sent the wrong ones back to Burtons together with my patterns so I hope they will be able to match them up. Here's hoping!

Just to complete the picture, I returned the incorrect bearings to Burton along with my patterns and they identified them as Escort RS. So well done Coose you were absolutely right. the correct ones (I hope!!) are on their way to me.
