drilling wheel hubs

hi i have some sierra rear hubs with the studs sticking out. could you redrill them to take wheel bolts.

Yes, but you'd need to be very accurate when drilling and tapping. You'd also need to check that the hub flange is thick enough to provide enough thread depth/strength for the bolts.

If it's the length of the studs that's a problem you can get longer ones to press into the existing holes.

hi yes the studs are to short and i was thinking of turning the hub a few degees and redrill it.

I'd just go for longer studs. but i've never liked bolts anyway
