p clips
hi all what sort of p clip do i need to pass the sva around the copper brake pipes will nylon do or do i need rubber lined thanks

Either will do but I would go for rubber lined if you can.

Metal lined with rubber are the best choice for hard lines.

Proper brake clips are best if you can get them, followed by rubber lined metal p-clips followed by nylon p-clips.

I've used nylon ones at half the minimum interval, but then its a couple of quid a bag compared to a 25p to 50p each for the metal ones.

I have used some clips from Demon Tweeks, two part plastic things which are pushed into a 6mm hole, then the line pushed inyo them.
Perfect for the job, and very secure
