Wheels and tyres
For a bike engined (~150bhp) car what would you recommend?
I was thinking 185/60 R13 all around sitting on 13X6 rims, but then I thought I might be better off with wider rears, ie 205/60 R13. 13X7 rims.
Then I thought what about 205/60 R13. 13X7 all around, at least then I can swap the wheels front to back.
What do people recommend please?
P.S. Searched and failed.

I am pretty sure that a decent set of 185's will Easily cope with 150Hp!

Used to get the tail out on my lotus using 225's, and that had the engine pressing down at the back
More road tyres though, hence my query.

On my 150 BHP Kit I will putting 185/60/R13's (13x6) on my fronts and 205/60/R13's (13x6) on my rears
So basically the same. The 205/60's will fit fine on the 13x6's.
The larger rears will also give me a slightly better top end of 129 mph with my 3.54 ratio diff.
I will be making sure my tires are nice and sticky though
Have fun and HTH.

Wheels and tyres
I had 205 rears and 185 fronts on my 2.0L zetec powered dutton (210 BHP) and it worked fine. Toyo R888's are the buisiness for grip. I have a
set of 13" RS alloys with 888's fitted if anyones interested.
