which wishbones?

i need some lower wishbones for my locost. where is the best place to get them? i was looking at some on e-bay, but they were not like i have been advised to get. might be going to donnington on 16th

It depends exactly what you want. most manufactured ones do not have enough caster angle as has been said many times. It is not too difficult to make your own but build a strong steel jig to make them in, look at the new book it explains it all very well.

Lower ones don't have any castor built into them, they are usually equal sided so they can be either side. What have you been advised to get? An example would be handy so someone can tell you if they have similar items.

Try Martin Keenan? Explain you have an early set of his wishbones that have bent in use??

It may be the case with Mr SeaBass but is it also the case with Mr Martian??

If not, then do you not think it is wrong to ring MK and explain that he has an early set of his wishbones that have bent in use??

Or maybe I've misunderstood something or misread the advice that SeaBass has offered........
