GTS damper DIY drawings

Found this drawings http://www.locost7.info/mirror/dampers.php for constructing locost dumpers. I guess those are GTS non adjustable that where on sale by Darren George now replaced by adjustable one.
Are the plans complete?

The drawings are not the same as the ones sold by GTS as far as i can tell, they are gas filled mono shocks and seemed similiar to Penske and Olins type dampers.
I started to build a pair and got as far as the valving but there are a few details missing and no info on the valve shims required.
I think it would be possible to get them to work but it will take a lot of time to get the valving correct and really requires access to a damper test dyno.
Paul.
