Hi Colin,
I'm fitting inboard front shocks. Follow the link to my website at the bottom of this post and go to the suspension page.
I'm actually in the process of changing my top ball joints. I'd used standard 'book' type transit steering arm ball joints
originally. However, these are not designed to take the loads in shear that they would be subjected to with my inboard shock setup. Hence I'm
redisigning my top outer wishbones to take Saab 99 top ball joints which can handle these loads.
I'll update my website as soon as they're completed - hopefully in a week or so.
In the meantime do a search for posts by Alan B and follow the link to his website - then click on the 'Manufactured Parts' tab.
He's gone with inboard shocks and it was his design that was the inspiration for mine. I also e-mailed him a couple of times and he's a
really helpful and nice bloke!
