Two issues

Hi, first problem is will a very long foot brake travel with 0.625 front and 0.750 rear played with the bias bar which helps pumping also helps??

I have noticed that the handbrake on one of the rear callipers doesn't work all the time.

Second problem is an air leak on my accusump through the value were you attach an air line to pressurise, change needle valve for new but still losing air pressure, but will keep pressure if I leave the tyre gauge/inflater attached?? Any tips/products to stop air leak will be great.

Thanks

Could be the handbrake problem. If it doesn't keep the shoe/pad close to the drum/disc then the pedal will travel further each time.

Warped discs? Air in the system is always a safe bet with this problem as well.

Cant help with the accusump issue at all sorry.

Sounds like you still have more bleeding to do on your brake system. There are a few tricks to getting the last of the air out such as ensuring the bleed nipple is right at the highest point (may need to pivot the caliper to do this), gently tapping the caliper to get the air bubbles moving, and also leaving the brake system under pressure overnight (jam the pedal down) before bleeding again.

The handbrake may or may not be connected to this issue. Do you have recon Ford Sierra rear calipers?? Can you tell from watching the bias bar if its the front or rear circuit (or both) thats soft??

Hand brake cable must be slackened back to give enough free movement to get the rea adjusters to work.
