Please help ID steering rack

I have to id a worn steering rack. It is 2.8Turns LTL, is rear mount, has an alloy pinion housing, has serial number Y86054, pinion is approx 20 degree offset and has 41mm of rack movement per turn.

yes it would, but the rack is currently mounted in the car and is in a different part of the country to me ATM.
