Adjustable Dampers - Avo's -v- Bilstein

I have a fairly clean set of Avo adjustable dampers at present and have been offered a similarly used set of adjustable Bilstein's.

Is there much to be gained by switching? Are Bilstein's noticeably better?

Dunno...

They've done about 3k miles over 3 years... good nick... paint starting to wear in places, but nothing to worry about... I also have a set of new bushes for them...
