what is a typical anti roll bar stiffness?

I'm trying to calculate the stiffness of anti roll bar that I need. I do need one or I'll get about 7" of suspension travel at full body roll (3 wheel design).

The numbers I'm coming up with sound a bit low to me. With 170mm arms I'm looking at
50 Nm/degree (37 lb/ft per degree).

What is the normal range for anti roll bars. I'm thinking of using the lightest 3/8" diameter caterham ARB.
