Pedal box / cylinders problem

Sorry for the silly question's,

1). I have 2 cylinders, 0.700 and a 0.625, which is for the front and which is for the back??

2). My bias bar is much too long, approx how much do I need to chop of it, when I have used these in the past space hasn't been a problem, but it is touching the side of my pedal mounts so it won't adjust, I just dont want to cut too much of it.

Cheers lads

ps just started the build on sat, got the chassis primed and painted so here goes.

UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.
TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.
