poly bushes
got my wishbones and bushes couple days ago and found a couple of problems. First off the inner tube is too long by a couple of mm. Is this a problem?
should it be sticking out either end slightly? or should i just file it down to fit flush with the bushes?
second the bushes dont slide in easily, i assumed this would happen as they need to be a tight fit. Whats the best method of getting them into the
wishbone tube?
Thanks guys

When you say there a bit long are you referring to the metal inserts? Mine stick out maybe 1mm max but not caused a problem, don't see any harm
filing them down.
The poly bushes are a pain in the ass, I used a vice for mine and even then I struggled but I think that was mainly due to them being powdercoated
inside.

This has been covered many times already. I'm not being rude as we are all here to help each other but if you use the search function then
you'll get your answers pretty easily.
I'd post some links to older threads covering this but I've started to type this post before collecting that info.
Use the search to look for "bush" or maybe "crush tube". If you put more than one word with a % between you'll get posts
that contain both words i.e crush tube gets only posts with the exact phrase, crush%tube will get any that have crush or tube.
Hope that helps in a non condesending manner.
I'm sure someone else will come along and answer your actual questions but the search is a very useful method of getting answers to some of
these "asked many times over" type of questions.
No offence.

No worries mate.
Just something that Fozzie (admin) wrote the other day and that's that the server is creaking cos different peeps ask the same stuff without
searching for the previous same questions.
So in a way, I'm helping you by highlighting that you can help yourself by searching.
Obviously carry on and ask more questions about the same thing if you don't find the answer as I'm sure someone will be able to answer or
point you to the answer.
Good luck.
