Midget axle....replacing the diff unit?

I have a Midget (BMC) Axle in my car....

Bought a different ratio diff unit (complete diff with casing and gears etc)...

Can anyone tell me how to swap the diffs over?...

I cant find a decent assembly drawing anywhere!

As BT says . Remove wheels and brake drums, undo screws in end of halfshafts , sharp tap on end of shaft and pull them out. You may need new gaskets and "o" rings ? Disconnect prop from diff, undo ring of nuts and Roberts your parents sibling.
