Alloy wheel code

can anyone help me decode the following alloy wheel code?

6.5 x 15 H2 OK so this bit is the width and diam
H156538

EDIT
but there doesn't appear to be anything about the offset, does the second part of the code mean anything???

Looks like ET38 from that code

H15 (diameter ie 15" ) 65 (width ie 6.5" ) 38 (offset ie ET38)

Anyone confirm before taking this as gospel??
