Pagid Brake Pads

I've been recommended pagid pads. The guy who recommended them has them on his VX220 and wouldn't change them for anything. Would they be suitable for standard sierra calipers on my MK. Anybody using them, are they anygood, if so where to get them from, i searched but haven't found anything yet.

I would also like to know if anybody has used EBC green pads and their effectiveness (as they are a fair bit cheaper from what i've heard).

I'm looking to replace my current standard sierra pads, also thinking about wilwood calipers on the fronts but thats another chapter?!! (or should i just go whole hog!)

Any info most appreciated on recommendations for good - fast road/trackday pads.

Thanks!

They are very popular in the Lotus community and on the Elise' I owned I used RS42 pads on both road and track. Very good brake pads in combo with a decent brake discs. My neighbour (another Elise owner!) always used RS14 compound if I remember as they were rated at a higher temp. They did work that little bit better on track but were noisy on road when hot.

The Green Stuff pads had a reputation for creatig lots of dust under hard usage at the time but that was a few years previous so they are probably better now. Mintex 1144 would be a better choice from my experience. Pagids are just a better pad and more expensive as a result.

I've got 30+ sets from a stock clearance so I'll U2U later if there are some Sierra left.

I have Pagid fast road pads on my Saab 9000 with Brembo disks and they have been a great improvement over the OEM jobbies.
Having said that the Mintex 1144 are supposed to be the pads to have and what I will be going for next, especially if Justin has a stock clearance set for sale.

7 out of 10 people suffer with hemorrhoids. Does that mean the other 3 enjoy them?

Just Pagid fast road pads in the boxes from the early to mid 90s mostly so Astra, Cavalier, Some Fords and Mini sets too.

I probably won't post a list as that'll be classed as trading, which I'm not, so they'll mostly go on eBay.
