steering wheel position
Whats the easiest way of moving the steering wheel closer?
When I have my legs comfy and I'm strapped in tight the steering wheel is just a bit to far away. Maybe a deep dish wheel or maybe one of
those removeable hubs. Its a sierra column and a mountney wheel

How about a Sierra adjustable column, but I don't know if it will give additional reach over the fixed column?
Other that that, yes a dished wheel, or some sort of spacer between the existing wheel and mounting boss.

I had that problem and investigated spacers, etc. I actually found that I was able to move the whole column and inch or so close to me by loosening
the fixing bolts, pulling the wheel up to compress the spring-loaded section and bolting up again. Did the trick for me, anyway.
Sorry the description is not great, but if you look under the dash you should see what I mean.
Cheers,
Simon

Ive had a 15mm spacer machined up to fit between my OMP steering wheel, and the Quick release boss... just gives the little bit of extra reach i
needed
