dodgy car back on ebay with mot!!!

just seen this re-advertised now saying its registered(ford mexico) and has a new mot!!! no mention of iva???

how difficult would it be to IVA though?

Just thinking if it went for 1500, surely iva it for under a grand and it would be worth more than 2.5k (or wouldn't it?)

I asked the same and all I got was it's registered as a 'ford sport escort ' reg number is OEE818G

Funny that - it doesn't look like any Escort Mexico I've ever seen!... plus G was 1968-69 and I think the Mexico came out in 1970...

after it won the 70 london to mexico rally. I thought there was a 1600 sport but only in mk2 guise...

but agreed, it does smell a little fishy although some kits were given an amnesty by the DVLA many years ago after they found that too many registered escorts where actually 7's...
