Bench type seat mounting

Anybody got any ideas on mounting bench type seats like the standard westfield ones? (like the ones used in "the book"

SVA mentions seats with lift out type bolsters and backrests as being ok as long as they don't slide about (in abbreviated form!) and certainly the westy's that I have been in with bench type seats just had them dropped in!

Is this ok?

mine are wood backed and a fixed with 10mm head wood screw bolt ,through the floor and back panel , also I put an extra cross tube for the squabs to rest against.

goto my website ,you should be able to see them:

did it go through SVA ok like that?

(I see no reason why not from reading the manual but I am paranoid on the technicalities!)

certainly sounds the same as the westfields that I have seen.
