If you ever get the car transported or recovered, they will want to get straps between the tyre and the wing

As some day it may happen that a victim must be found,
I've got a little list-- I've got a little list
Of society offenders who might well be underground,
And who never would be missed-- who never would be missed!

I took my car to HiQ to get the tracking done but the machine needed more clearance between the wing and the wheel. I had to take the cycle wings off before they could proceed.
I think minimal clearance looks so much better though!

Would go for more like 10mm as i picked some grave up with tread on tyres and smashed my arches from the inside.

The edges of my wings cover the tyre so a little wiggling is needed to get them off.
Breaking down which I have done with monotenouse regularity, we put the strips over the wishbones

Imagine what the chap in the grave thought!

You'd be surprised how quickly the sales people at B&Q try and assist you after ignoring you for the past 15 minutes when you try and start a chainsaw

wot he said, but mine are about 10mm and are a very tight fit, plus taking the wheel off is a pain
