My car now up for sale. Very reluctant sale.

Its a genuinely great car. Probs priced it a bit low now, dont let that put you off. Id like a quick sale so i dont get hassled by time wasters and
tyre kickers. Its probs worth more but we all know what the current market is like so im being realistic.
£4,500 - no offers or part exchanges (unless you have a 60's Cooper S in need of light restoration for £500
or similar cheap project that is
worth 10 times more than i can give)

I believe it is worth more. Even without the DD2 pro, lightweight alloys, bike carbs etc. However ive advertised it for more and got only a few
responses, none of which resulted in an exchange of cash unfortunately.
Problem is though that sometimes if you set too low a price others may get suspicious. Nothing to be suspicious of in this case though, just an overly
sensible price to promote a swift hassle free sale.

Its a very nice car for that money....thats almost what they charge for the base kit.....

I do believe i have Pat. its breaking my heart. If circumstances change in next few weeks ill withdraw the sale and add a lot to the asking price and
re-advertise it.

Im limbering up for a serious bout of moodiness now
Shook hands on a deal for the car today, probs going on Monday. Feeling sad now
Need to find another project quickly.

Its more than a major organ, been a big part of my life for almost 6 years.
Its going to Hamsterley Forrest. Cant get much more local than that! Worst bit is ill probs see it out and about a lot. The guy who is buying it owns
