1.8 Duratec head with cams, from a scrap engine. £ 35 plus postage at cost. Also Exhaust manifold from above, was a 51 plate mondeo. £ 10 plus post at cost. or pickup from East Sussex.

The std exhaust manifold has a 10mm thick steel flange which can be cut off and used to convert a pinto exhaust (with a bit of tweaking) to fit the duratec BTW
