I bought it when I built my Car.
Why I needed a spare ball I cannot remember!
Anyway, drill a hole in one side and hot melt Glue to the gear lever, and it makes a cracking gearknob especially if you have a V8 under the bonnet.
Mine has been on there for 4 years and has not shifted.
Tip: Heat the gear lever, and smear the glue on the lever and not in the hole in the ball. This makes it easier to get it to go together.
