I've just put this up for sale over here and why not share it with you all too
It's a 1977 Citroen Ami 8 which has been in the family for over ten years. A genuine 56,350 kms on the clock. Unused since 2008 the battery is US
but it still starts with a set of leads. Based on the 2CV it is lots of fun to drive and bits are pretty easy to find. Comes with original handbook,
service book, period radio. Even a starting handle
No controle technique (MOT) but needs very little work. Driveable as it is. Will be sorry to see it go. Looking for 1000 Euro or £900 in real
money.
As much as I feel I shouldn't, I actually quite like that.... It looks in pretty good nick as well.. Good luck with the sale!
Ah yes, the good old French habit of putting the spare wheel under the bonnet. Great idea for saving space in the boot... not too sure how much good
the heat does to the rubber, though
I love Amis! Wish I had somewhere to put it / a more understanding wife!
That's a good buy at £900 - I should think you would get a lot more if you put it on Ebay in the UK.
Stu
That has got to be collectable - especially in that lovely condition - good luck with the sale.

I want but cant afford
