13" Diameter, 100mm PCD

That's probably 4" PCD (a.k.a. 100-and-a-little-bit mm) - that's the old standard, now replaced with a 70mm PCD by most manufacturers.

The reason I know this is that I've just replaced my old Astrali boss with a Momo one - the old one was 4" and the new one is 70mm, which meant that I had to make an adaptor.
