race manifold off my sprint car with s/steel exhaust with heat sheild
manifold is heat rapped as well with £30 worth of rap... needs new home offers around £160 and thats posted
no time wasters please {manifold cost me more than that }

I have a steel duratec flange if somebody needs it to mod the above to go on a duratec, this is an easy conversion as the primaries are very close to being the same.

Just chop off the pinto flange and weld on the other.
