Moving on the east side of A19.... some nice houses there, however they must have a double garage at least!

It always surprises me how different houses prices are. £200k for 4 bed with double garage. assuming land and size of house is expected that would cost over £100k more in my area.

My house is worth about £180k and its a 2bed mid terrace with a drive way, no garage.

hmm double garage. i can't wait.

thats why we moved to spain loads of house for the money!!!

Houses prices always annoy me, the margin between what something will sell for and what it is actually 'worth' is massive. Suppose it's true what they say, location location location!
