For sale my next door neighbour has a pair of Recaro front seats from a Rover 25

Are you sure ther're from a Rover 25? Don't look familiar, possibly older 200 series?

I think you need to reword the description to something like: Rover 200 half leather effect seats with slight cosmetic damage.

Spoken to my neighbour who declared, bought the seats to put in his Rover 25 but sold the car before he fitted them. He bought them as seats for a 25. As he never offered them up to see if they fit and following this thread he can't declare they are actually 25 seats although thats what he bought them as.

So given that the sests are to be sold as, 2 front Rover seats for 200 series or similar, 1/2 leather effect, slight cosmetic wear and tear but in generally good condition, £25 a seat

Those in the know, can anyone tell me if the 200 series seats fit the 25 and or any other Rover. As the above has put the question in my neighbours mind.

I have a later rover engined 200 series which is exactly the same as the 25 and the seats from one will fit the other

Also there is an earlier honda engined 200 series which is a completely different car, I don't know if the seats will fit a later 25 but I suspect not.
