It's not that obvious but the spokes are 4mm thick. I can't help with the IVA question I'm afraid, I bought the car already built recently and it was already IVA'd. I need more legroom so am getting a smaller steering wheel.

Let me know if you want to know anything else.

It would only pass IVA with additional cushioning. The spokes are "sharp" edged; I'm not sure that the slots in the spokes are allowed; and the six screw-heads won't meet the requirements either I think.
