Now I have got my new seats fitted and I am happy with them without runners I have a pair of OMP Seat Slider And Runner Kits for sale. They are this model http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motorsport/seat-mounting-frames/omp-seat-slider-and-runner-kit-each. These where on some non-OMP seats I purchased so they don't only fit OMP seats.

They have seen 'light' use and are in very good condition and function as good as new

I am looking for £40 for the pair which will include delivery to any UK address.

What are the distance between the screws for the seats?
width and depth (or is this a standard size and I'm just being a numpty?)
