Very good condition all round, a few minor marks on the paint as you would expect for this age of car. All tyres are very good, Recent front discs and pads and exhaust flexi section. The low mileage is genuine, however in 2010 the instrument cluster was replaced due to a speedo fault (common issue). Therefore the Odometer now reads 10,500. The actual mileage of 40k is fully backed up by old MOT's and the online MOT history (we have full printouts available for inspection).
A great runner and would make someone a good work-horse, the load capacity on these is really quite surprising (much better than my s4 avant!).
