Well its going to be too expensive to export my jalopy to New Zealand when I go so I'm selling up

Road legal 2009 MK Indy R1.
Built in 2009 by MK themselves. Rebuilt in 2012 with a new chassis due to a track day accident (rebuild diary here : http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=172545&page=1). A very fast car that is ready to go but has room for a new owner to put their own mark on it. I’ve had 4 years of fun with this car and now it’s ready for a new owner!
Specs :

• 2012 MK Powdercoated chassis.
• 2003 Yamaha r1 5PW engine with power commander Piggy back ECU for fine tuning, 4-1 exhaust manifold and Pipercross sausage air filter (will go through 100dB track days)
• MK paddleshift gear setup.
• 15” Team dynamics Driftz wheels fitted with Toyo r888’s
• Wilwood 4 pot front brake callipers, XR4i rear brake callipers.
• Reconditioned xr4x4i LSD differential (ratio 3.62:1).
• Digidash 2 lite instrument cluster (http://www.etbinstruments.com/DD2_lite.htm, complete with GPS upgrade).
• MK fibreglass seats (with carbon effect tips), with Sabelt harnesses.
• Standalone gear indicator.
• Electric reverse (heavy duty starter motor).
• Prop catcher upgrade (stops the propshaft flailing if it becomes disconnected).
• 2 Month old motorcycle battery.
• Taxed until 31/3/2014
• MOT until 01/03/2014


Good points :

• Full Suspension geo setup by AB performance (http://www.abperformance.co.uk/)
• Less than 1000 miles on the tyres
• It’s fast!!

Bad points :

• Intermittent issue with the left front indicator (i’ve been chasing this fault for months. Comes and goes).
• The rear section of the car could do with a cover (I haven’t worried as it makes it easy to get to the rear mechanicals).
• Some small crazing on the older sections of fibreglass.
