The eagle eye's amongst you will see there's a wee ding on the input shaft port. Quaife have checked it over and given it a clean bill of health (will not affect the seal between bearing race and main case). Most wouldn't mention it, but I'd rather point it out so there are no surprises!

Saves a few kilos over the standard steel one and is a good bit stronger apparently!

I'll pass it on. He's since seen it need a Quaife layshaft + the lid so the cost is escalating... Might take a while for his resistance to falter
