After a family upgrade I have the following available (before it goes on ebay)

#1. iphone 4S 16g (Black) VGC has always lived in my pocket in a case (money and keys in other pocket) Is not locked to any tarrif as the contract is now up. Was on o2 contract. - these are on ebay circa £200. - £150 delivered. ** SOLD TO MARTYN **

#2. iphone 3GS 8G (Black) - 9yr old daughter's phone - Is not locked to a contract as the contract is now up - was EE. Good condition, has spent it's life playing games rather than making phone calls ??? - these are on ebay for circa £125 - £50 delivered. ** SOLD TO GAVIN PENDING PAYMENT **

#3. iphone 3GS 8G (Black) - Is not locked to a contract as the contract is now up - was EE. Good external condition however 13yr old son managed to break the "Home" button so that it's permanently pushed down. Should be an easy fix for a locoster - £25 Delivered. ** SOLD TO GAVIN PENDING PAYMENT **

All above phones have their boxes and chargers. I might be able to find some headphones as we only took the phone and charger out of their respective boxes, but I will have to double check so can't promise them.

The phone is not unlocked just by being out of contract. Not sure about EE but O2 will certainly unlock your phone, fairly quickly, whether it is in or out of contract. We did a well out of contract one online and it was unlocked the same day.

can I have phone #2 and #3 please..

the 16g 4s can ask what the battery like lease does t still old a good charge

4s - Battery life if good - still holds a good charge. I've spoken to o2 this morning and they have unblocked it for me. They did say it would take up to 72 hrs, but that's not a problem.

I will post up some pictures of the other broken Blackberry phones shortly.

If anyone else is after a 3GS 16gb I've got one sat here looking for a good home...
