Megasquirt ECU, built on V3 (latest) hardware, in the proper cast black case.

Built by me - trained electronic engineer with 10 years experience of electronic design, build and diagnosis - and fully tested on the proper stimulator.

This one has all the options fitted - low impedance injector drivers, coil/hall or VR timing options, PWM flyback for idle valve, current limiters so you can't blow it up.... everything! All the major components are fitted, but there are six other small parts that you might need to fit if you need a special setup - these are included too, or I can fit them for you if you know you need that configuration.

Currently set up with the jumper that allows EDIS ignition, although this is easily removed if you want to drive a distributor - again, if you tell me, I can do this for you.

Running the standard firmware, so you have a known entity to start with. If you want EDIS, you need to change the firmware, but this is easy to do. I've left it standard, as it can be a nightmare getting it to work if you don't have the exact same setup on your PC as you do on the ECU - this way, it will work with the tuning software straight from the Megasquirt, and you can make your own decision about which version to run if you do decide to change.

Box is brand new, only ever run on the stimulator (test rig) never in a car. Built it for running a Zetec in my XR2, but it seems silly to have options fitted that I don't plan to ever use on this project, so if it sells I'll build a more basic one.

Also included brand new 37-way plug, ready to wire up to your loom.

This is perfect for running Zetecs, and other modern EFi engines, but as it has all the options fitted, you can run pretty much any engine from it and get the reliability, fuel consumption and power benefits that EFI gives.

System is fully live mappable from laptop with no need to stop the engine - if your passenger is operating the laptop, you can even remap whilst moving!
