From what i see i was doing nothing wrong, i had a good gap (but not enough to pull out into) between me and the car infront and was only doing about 20.

Im driving along a local, 30mph road following a que of cars through some roadworks (resurfacing) and i was minding my own business when i saw an EDF
van pull up to the junction on my left i was about to pass. The the c**k driving it decides he doesnt want to stop and wait for any cars and starts to
drive out infront of the KA infront of me the KA swerves and i assumed (as you do) that the van hadnt seen the car coming or didnt realise he was
moving and would stop but no. He carries on moving and i have to swerve onto the other side of the road and try to avoid the man holding the lolly pop
and nip infront of the van. If that wasnt enough, the man with the lolly pop shouts some sarcastic comment TO ME!!!

Remember, half the population has an IQ of less than 100. And they drive multi tonne vehicles regularly. On the same roads as you and your loved ones.
