Free to new home - Rocking chair!
McLannahan - 12/8/08 at 12:33 PM

Afternoon all - It's been "decided" that the rocking chair no longer suits the house.

I'm offering it free here first - if not it'll be on the bays soon.

It's a lovely rocking chair and in excellent condition. I think it's hardwood although not positive - seems far too durable and strong to be pine! Absolutely nothing wrong with it - just doesn't suit the house anymore (apparently...)

It's pick up only I'm afraid - I've not really a car this'll fit in now! I'm 20 mins from Salisbury/Stonehenge/Warminster.

First dibs applies....

Thanks all

When was the cambelt done? Any recent service history? How are the tyres? BHP?

Can't find the cambelt so I assume it's not be done. New owner will have to factor this into the free price.

Service history seems good. No rust at all. Tyres seem excellent although a little wooden.

I would rate the BHP at about 360bhp? Possibly a little higher but that is dependant on who's driving it at the time.

Has it got a K&N filter, worth at least 50bhp that is!

No, but you could easily NOS this rocking chair. The Wizards of Chair NOS have expressed an interest in making it a demo show NOS rocking chair.
