the ad is a bit vague, is it tax exempt?

offers will vary considerable depending on if it is a heap of non roadworthy rust or fully MOTed and Taxed runner.

A car registered post January '73 can still be tax exempt if it can be shown that it was manufactured before the cut-off date.

Last MOT'd 2002 hasn't been on road since then.

It is periodically driven around private land so is a runner.

Isn't tax exempt.
