Not being funny like but that rear view mirror looks like some mad surgical instrument, would it pass an IVA?

I thought mirrors like that had been outlawed since the 60's, seriously you hit that with your head or hand on that in a crash and it is just a
bit of sharp broken glass on a mounting. I wouldn't be happy selling it on tbh but it's up to you
