FS: Sylva Striker :o(

This massively pains me to do, but i'm going to have to seriously consider selling my almost complete striker.
This is only due to business commitments and also being generally poor....

Anyway:

The Car:
Sylva Striker
Believe it to be a year 2000 chassis.
Inboard Spax coilover suspension
Front discs, rear drums
Acewell digital dash
RAW wiring loom

Engines:
5 Speed Type 9 gearbox
Currently has a 1300 xflow fitted
Running on 32/36 dgv carbs

Also included is an 1800 zetec (planned for use after IVA)
2.0 cams
twin 40 dellorto carbs
dunnel ECU

General Guff:
The car is running and is driveable, however it does not have a master cylinder fitted so only has the use of a handbrake.
The digital dash is wired but needs fitting to dash.
Column is in place, not sure if it is suitable for IVA though.
Comes with most parts needed to finish and various extras i.e. steering wheels, wiring, fittings etc.
Big parts needed to complete are:
Seats
Headlights
Bonnet Latches
Brake Master Cylinder

Obviously some fitting and fabrication is also required but most of the hard work is done, it's now in what most people would call the "last 5%" stage.

Again this is a pretty reluctant sale, i will start the bidding at £3300 for everything.
I would suggest calling me if you are interested as i'm sure there are loads of questions you would have....

(please note the scuttle is fitted now)

Thanks for looking!

These are both road legal and complete.

Sorry to say it because you may well have spent lots but they don't seem to be fetching much at the moment

Both of those have been for sale for a while as well.

As someone looking at buying something at thi stage at the moment I hate to tell you I have been offered similar examples for between £1000 and £1500

ok fair enough, guess i was being a bit optimistic, it probably happens from this end of the sale though when you've spent a fair bit and don't really want to see it go....

Although i don't think it's that expensive for what you get, again any offers are more than welcome.

so hard it sounds....take the car apart and sell the parts individually....you will get more money returned than selling the complete kit.

Andy, have you flogged it then or have you found a way of keeping it? Hope its the later as I know the hassle you had getting it!

Cheers

Rich
