FS: Caterham CSR260 Bilstein Dampers & Eibach Springs

Surplus to my Trike project - shame really as I would quite like to have used these

Full set of Bilsteins (adjustable platforms) & Eibach Springs from a Caterham CSR260.

As I'm sure most are aware, the CSR is Caterhams ‘production’ car and unlike the other models has inboard front suspension and independent rear suspension.

Perfect working condition.

Details can be found on the Caterham online store here…

Front Damper & Spring Unit
Linky

Rear Dampers & Progressive Springs
Linky

Total cost from Caterham would be £1560.70 (without delivery!!!).

I would like £250 a pair, or £450 for all four and I'll include UK delivery (because I'm that kind of a guy!).

I don't think I actually have more stuff than anyone else (at any one time). I just get attracted to shiny stuff on Ebay, PH, Etc., that ultimately turns out to be of no use to me whatsoever, then recycle it on here to the LCB massive!!!

I'm actually hoping that someone will only take one pair of these as I could probably make the other pair work on the front of my trike, but I've just bought a nice wee Nardi 'Personal' 240mm steering wheel for a small fortune, so have to raise some funds to balance (yeah, right) the books!

So be on the look out for my old (but unused) SPA 255mm steering wheel. Coming to a website FS section near you soon!!!

Oh, and I have a load of old Quantum F3 dampers and Eibach springs that I must also move on (stop laughing Mike Capon... you knew that I wouldn't have been able to resist them!!!).

Any chance you could measure the open and closed lengths please? Can I have first refusal is they're the right length for what I need?

Righto!

Oh, I don't suppose the springs have a poundage rating marked on them do they? They should be able right for my plans.....

Info' on the links says the rears are 180lbs progresive. Theres no info on the open/closed length or front spring poundage.

I assume they're adjustable (no sign on the pictures)

Right...

150lbs on the front and 180lbs (progressive) on the back.

Fronts are approximately 390mm eye to eye when fully open and have 60mm stroke to the 40mm long bump-stops.

Rears are approximately 440 eye to eye when fully open and have 90mm stroke to the 60mm long bump stop.
