what does the dash 4 pro do? does it need linking to a data logger?

Hi Daniel,
http://www.race-technology.com/dash4_pro_2_31014.html for more info on the dash 4.

Normally it plugs into the back of the DL1 but:

Note: If you intend to use the DASH4PRO as a standalone unit (i.e. without a Race Technology data logger or video recorder) connected to your ECU, you will also need to purchase the PC programming lead in the "Avaliable Add-ons" section below. This will allow configuration directly from your PC's serial port.

Hope that helps.

Kind Regards
Ed

Yep, dont know the answer to that, i think it might not have a way, its primarily designed for the logger.

You will almost certainly need to connect it to a data logger.
