Bespoke wishbones and material
It was always my intention to make available many of the more generic parts associated with the Sabre build as alternative build items. To that end we
are now able to supply proper aero section tube and a range of plates and CNC machined end profiles. Rolled from seamless tube the aero section is
available in two widths in 1150mm lengths, we can also supply CNC machined aero end bosses available with either left or right hand thread in 7/16
unf. The modular range of tube and components will allow customers to construct wishbones, toe control links and pushrods etc. To further compliment
these components we will be offering a full range of quality stake, Rose and spherical joints as well as a joint staking service ( the tooling is
really expensive)
In addition I intend to offer a bespoke wishbone service fabricating aero section wishbones as a direct replacement for many original items
incorporating wherever possible easy adjusters for toe and camber control. We will be able to supply these bare, powder coated or blacked and
lacquered depending on customers preference.
