Another whats it worth post ?
I am planning on changing over to Injection over the winter so would like some input into what my carb set up is going to be worth ?
I know its only worth what some one is prepared to pay. But I am looking for a ball park figure as there is nothing on eBay to compare it to ect.
If its bugger all I will have to tinker with something different and leave it alone
Spec
Twin Weber 45's 152g 5 progression holes
(proper zetec spec) filters ect.
Webcon weber twin cable linkage
Dunnell fettled (ported) inlet manifold
Dunnell clubman’s 165 spec ecu with new loom and 3D upgrade and remap plus service and restet.
Bolt it to a zetec and give it fuel and 12v and away she goes. Cars not on the road yet so its very tidy.
go on then give us your opinion so I can see if I am deluded

carbs get about 350 to 400 quid from the retro ford boys.....who are known to throw silly money down to get the right parts

Sold my Twin 45's earlier this year on the bay.
They were hardly used (less than 1000 miles) and I sold them with throttle cable linkage, Pinto manifold and Trumpet socks.
I got about £400 for them, so you could use that as a starting point. I've no idea what the ecu's worth.

I don't know what they're worth but think a pair of DCOE's on a twin cam look awesome, glad mine didn't sell I might still fit
them.
Only bettered by 3 on a jag motor....

Have they been used ? if they are new I might have a buyer for you for a pal of mine send me a message how much you want inc Ecu and I will see what
he says - he was looking at bike carbs and ecu for about £300 - the 45's must be worth more than that surely ......

They have petrol in them and they are all plumbed in and the engine runs but the car isnt finished so not on the road.
The whole Idea of the post is to get an idea of value.

Linkage is £85
Filters are £55 (K&N style)
Hand ported manifold is around £200 + fitting kit.
