Stainless exhaust silencers
I have recently been doing a load of headers and silencers for the race lads in stainless steel, as a result we have had to produce a number of
different size cans which we buy the individual components in for
I can now do a kit of parts for home assembly to build 5 or 6 inch cans
kit as follows -
500mm length of stainless outer in 5 or 6 inch diameter
swaged end caps to accomodate any size of inlet and tail pipe
length of perforated inner swaged to push fit onto chosen tails
Baffle packing
Basically a DIY silencer allowing you to cut and shut to any length up to 500mm
Kit costs £100 plus vat and carriage

Forgot to add I am getting rid of my pipe bender as I now have a new one ordered, it is the 15ton sealey item on tripod stand with dies for 1/2, 3/4,
11/4, 11/2, 2,21/2 and 3inch,
Its been used twice but is taking up space and has to go, I paid £650 for it new but am open to sensible offers if anyone can make use of it

I will lay out a kit and post some pictures tomorrow, I think I also have some pictures of the completed installs
