FS: 1999 R1 engine parts
For sale: The remaining parts of my 1999 R1 engine. It was removed from the car due to low compression and low "top end" power but was
otherwise working well. The head was tested and found to be working just fine. The cause of the low compression was worn piston skirts.
Remaining parts are the head, the crank case halves, most of the external covers, the clutch plates and steels, all with plenty of wear left, the
shift mechanism and gearbox, a sump pan without the level switch and generator. I also have a set of "new" used once spark plugs as well
as the ones in the head.
The clutch basket, crank, oil pump, shift arm and carbs have all gone.
£150 collected is a bargain price. Will post at cost. Cash on collection or paypal + fees. Will split if you just want some of the bits.
