FS: Golf GTI 5 door 8V MKIII
Being car enthusiasts, we all know that of all the Golfs to wear the GTI badge, the MKIII 8V is generally accepted as being the overweight,
underpowered runt of the litter.
B0ll0x.
This is a fine car, and as we all know, red is faster than every other colour.
Will happily :-
A) Trundle along in 5th gear at 30mph with 1200rpm on the clock.
-or-
B) Wail around the rev counter to the redlinde throught the gears.
Handles like a nice thing, takes all your kit, does 37mpg average, easily breaks 40mpg.
Only for sale because (extended) family commitments meant that I had to be the good guy and buy an MPV. C'est la vie.
More pics on demand, but let's start with these ones.
Will need a water pump in the medium term, but doesn't leak at all, just a bearing noise. If I have time, I will change this first before anyone
could pick it up. If I'm honest, I would rather do that actually.
MOT to September, sheafs of bills, goes well .
Price £800 ....
