MECHANICLES wise this megane has had lots of service work over the years and is backed up by the reciepts with the car, its full service history with documented evidence of timing belt replacement and all servicing and repairs, drives without fault smooth quite and very responsive being the 120bhp model, brakes stop as the should without judder or noise, gearbox shifts smoothly without noise or faults from the clutch etc, no oil leaks from engine or gearbox, and water/coolant is clean and contaminant free...Suspension is noise free and has had items replaced in past,
TYRES are all in good order half worn or newer for the set alloys are remarkably clean for the cars age and of good order..

INTERIOR Is overall excellent condition bearing the aga and miles on the megane it looks nearer 50k wear oppose to 100k, the only real mark is on base of passenger seat where something has made a mark approx 1" (was there when i got it) other than that its very clean and tidy inside and recently been valeted for sale as well..

EXTERIOR PAINT Paintwork wise as you would expect is got some slight stone chipping here and there but well within acceptable for miles and age, plus the odd little mark here and there nothing to worry about and i am quite fussy, the only bit of slight damage is on rear bumper at the very bottm where the old guy previous had reversed in to his lawn mower in his garage and put a 2"crack in bottom of bumper, its that low its hardly noticeble..

The megane is for sale as it was only a stop gap for me as i had a new vehicle on the way but needed transport, and bought this its been a god car and has supprised me as its returning 48 to 58mpg all the time with good power and comfort, its very practicle being a 5 door and a large boot area also..

I have taken plenty of pictures which can be emailed no problem or any area's you wish to see can be photo'd and sent on not a problem, i know what its like being disappointed when you arrive to view a car, and hate that myself...

Dave you would easily get 50 mpg. Had the 1.9 as my first car. drove from scunny to copenhagen and back cost me just over £200.

Quick enough as well.

Its doing by the computer 47mpg round the doors in traffic etc going to work and stuff..

When on a run its around the 55mpg but i dont tend to do alot of motorway long trips to be honest, plus ive only owned it two months as my new car has arrived now, and only getting used now and again..(wifey wants to keep it for winter driver for her lol) 4 cars is taking the cake i think..

Rob

p.s Dave what sort of Bmw you got ive had nearly ever model (bit of a bmw man) sad i know lol..
